What is included:

Check water heater, furnace and refrigerator for proper operation.
Clean burner tubes, flute baffle, electrode wiring
Clean water heater, furnace and refrigerator terminal connections
Clean stove upper and lower burners
Check operation of stove
Replace interior air-conditioner filters, as needed
Visually inspect rooftop air-conditioning units
Tighten down hold down bolts on air-conditioning units
Provides a written Appliance Check Sheet of each appliance
