Face it, we live in Los Angeles and earthquakes are common occurrences. So common that most earthquakes are not even felt, unless it’s at least a 5.9, or you happen to be from another state and experience one for the first time. Yet this complacency becomes our own detriment due to our unpreparedness. Unpreparedness that is, unless you own a motorhome, a motorhomes that becomes a safe haven on wheels.
Did you know that your motorhome will help provide your
family with a safe place to sleep, eat, shower, and of course, a bathroom! Yet
if your motorhome is not ready and kept in shape for when you need it, your motorhome may
have problems. Problems you are not even aware of.
So be prepared and keep your motorhome running in tip top
shape with our AMP (Annual Maintenance Program). Our comprehensive program will
help maintain your motorhome, keeping it running in top condition and pointing out potential problem areas. Our AMP includes appliances check, (including cleaning and
adjustments to manufacture specification), LP gas and water leak check, hydraulic jack maintenance, fresh water sanitation, component lubrication, safety items check, roof
and window reseals, filter replacements, detectors checked and much more.

Servicing Appliances and bring up to factory specs:
Water heater - Service and clean water heater burner assembly, terminal connections, relief valve and drain plug. Test run water heater on gas operations and 110 operation (if applicable)
Furnaces - clean front and rear burner assemblies, terminal connections, test operations
Refrigerator - check upper and lower vent check and dust coils, LPG connections, control system operation on gas/electric, inspect flute baffle, burner, electrode (clean as needed), LPG gas safety shut-off operation. Check door door gaskets, adjust electrode gap. Check temp on LPG and 110
Roof air conditioners - Inspect and clean/replace A/C intake filters, torque front and rear A/C mounting bolts, shroud and mounting screws. Test both front and rear A/C for proper cooling
Oven/Cooktop - Inspect electrode wiring, oven pilot (clean if necessary) Inspect/clean cooktop burners, tubes and orifices, under cooktop burner cover
LPG system - leak down test
Safety Items - LPG, Smoke, and CO Detectors, exterior lights (replace bulbs if needed), GFI test, fire extinguisher
Component Lubrication - compartment door locks, entry door and driver door locks, slide rooms, entry step, antenna (if applicable) roof vents, awning. Hydraulic jacks (top off fluid and lube zerk fittings) Lube window mechanisms and slides
Fresh Water System - sanitize fresh water system, replace water filter. Pressure test water system for leaks
Sealant Maintenance - Check and spot seal roof seams, vents, and moldings. Check and spot seal windows, doors, lights, sidewall seams and openings, spot seal windshields
Any items that are found to be outside the scope of the AMP service will be noted to customer for consideration of repair.
